If space is available, reservations can be held on a credit card with less than 7 days notice.Refunds & CancellationsDue to the cost of processing reservations, $15 per site is non-refundable. You may receive a refund for the balance of your payment upon notification made 3 days prior to your trip date. (Group reservations 30 days.) NO REFUNDS on cancellations or no shows less than 3 days notice (groups 30 days notice)Tax ExemptionMany organizations are exempt from sales tax. Outdoor recreation activities in West Virginia are taxable. If you organization is tax exempt, you can receive an exception from paying sales tax.
